A cherry sour ale aged in Rye Whiskey and Sweet Vermouth casks for 2 years. A secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces adds a dry funkiness to the herbal Vermouth and spicy Rye, with cherry developing sweet marzipan and sharp fruit.
